- Work with the configuration of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Act as subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- work efficiently with internal and external team members to identify and gather requirements from tool's end users in order to enhance the tool.
- Write clear documentation of operating procedures
- create advanced ad-hoc and regular reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions in accordance with the product vision.
- Provide timely support and assistance to end-users facing complex system issues.
- Stay updated on the latest features and releases, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
- System configuration, maintainance work and trouble shooting, producing documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors
- Secure information flow witin the team
- Represent the team in regular meetings with the vendors
- Work in an agile way.
- Solid communications skills (Oral, written and presentation) and strong interpersonal skills (assertiveness, ability to explain the difficult system matters in a user friendly way).
- Quality and detail oriented
- Good to have PowerBI tool knowledge
- Have hands-on experience in SAP HR SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Have a technical degree, technician training, or apprenticeship, supplemented with professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle complex software challenges.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
