In my most recent role at Chambor – Baccarose, I led the digital marketing and e-commerce efforts and achieved an 8x growth in e-commerce business in FY 22-23 over FY 21-22. I was responsible for managing all online activity, including traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting. Through marketplace analysis, I was able to identify growth opportunities, which enabled me to optimize product presentation and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. I was also instrumental in increasing brand visibility by 63% and 27% market share in the beauty industry.

As a brand consultant, I have worked with brands such as Welspun, Meta - WhatsApp, and Godrej Professional. My responsibilities included meeting with clients to determine their needs and goals, identifying opportunities for growth within an existing brand, and developing plans to achieve them. I also conducted market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in specific industries and created a strategic plan for the client by analyzing existing marketing efforts, identifying target audiences, and creating a long-term vision for the brand.

In my previous role at Reliance Brands Ltd, I worked with brands such as DIESEL, AJIOLuxe, The White Crow, and The Tank. As the brand custodian for DIESEL, I successfully launched DIESEL on Tata Cliq Luxury & AJIO LUXE (Luxury E-commerce), maintaining DIESEL in the top 1 in brand visibility on both platforms. I was responsible for developing brand marketing strategies, launching seasonal collections instore and on e-commerce platforms, conducting performance marketing campaigns, and creating loyalty and CRM marketing campaigns. I was also involved in creating branded content by conceptualizing DIESEL DNA for new store launches and anniversary sales working with influencers and celebrities
