4. Staying up to date on industry trend and competitors. Doing market research work as required
for the preparing proposals, presentations and senior team
5. Participate in industry specific programs & conference
6. Liasoning with internal stakeholders for group quote generation. Doing competition analysis for
better negotiation of prices
7. Managing system integration of all on boarded partners & operation planning and to be a single
point of contact
8. Implement tech-based initiatives for improvising sales process (partners’) from insurance
perspective for reducing the wasteful activities and providing seamless journey
9. Responsible for reviewing product performance, list down product requirement/suggestion from
Institutional clients, coordinate with Product team for market analysis and product comparison
with peer companies. Take it requiring changes.
10. Manage automation of distributor management system for a seamless experience to customer;
ensuring channel’s adherence to compliance and regulatory norms
11.Responsible for business planning, manpower budgeting, deployment and re deployment for the
channel
12.Conducting and leading governance calls with Channel heads, project heads internally and
partner business teams externally
13. Responsible for handling legal documents like NDA and agreements with all acquired and finalize
document by liasoning with all internal and business stakeholders
