Working with Multinational firms for their office space set up. Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks aimed at attracting potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the efficient setup of office spaces.


 

Property Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants for office spaces.

Prepare visually appealing marketing materials, including presentations and flyers

Tenant Prospecting:

Identify and target potential tenants by researching local businesses, industries, and market trends.

Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide information about available office spaces.

Schedule property tours and conduct walkthroughs with interested potential tenants.

Lease Negotiation:

Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rent, lease duration, Rent free period and tenant improvement allowances.

Collaborate with property owners or managers to finalize lease agreements.

Tenant Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout their lease term.

Address tenant concerns, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate lease renewals and lease terminations as necessary.

Market Research:

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties.

Provide market analysis and insights to property owners to help determine appropriate pricing and leasing strategies.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to both property owners and tenants.

Address any issues or disputes professionally and amicably.
