I have gained extensive experience through various internships and roles in clinical and counseling psychology. Recently, I completed an internship as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Thane Regional Mental Hospital, where I conducted case histories, mental status examinations, and psychological assessments, and prepared diagnostic reports. Currently, I serve as a Counseling Psychology Intern at Kashti Foundation, providing individual counseling sessions and assisting in treatment plan development. My previous internships include roles at D.Y. Patil Hospital and Mind Management Institute, where I conducted similar clinical duties. Additionally, I have been an active listener at 7 Cups, offering confidential chat support, and a psychology content writer and counseling trainee at Nirmano Tech – Health Private, where I researched and created content on mental health topics.

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from D.Y. Patil College, completed between 2022 and 2024, where I studied key courses such as Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Techniques, Research Methods, and Statistics for Psychology. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from K.E.S College in 2021-2022. My foundational education includes a diploma and junior college from Mithibai College, spanning from 2017 to 2021.
