Maintaining the collections like cash, cheque, UPI, NEFT, etc.
• Maintaining the delivery cash, cheque, and UPI transactions.
• Checking the outstanding bills of salesman
• Maintaining the petty cash and vouchers
• Maintaining the documents filling like cash deposit and cheque deposits slip
• Reconciliation of cash, cheque and online payments
• Generating the collection reports 
• Maintaining the PDC cheques
• Sending mails to concern teams for the errors
• Keeping track of the daily collection
• Keeping track of cheque bounce details on a daily basis
• Schedule the time table for Bill Audit to check
• Ensure that the monthly audit report is up-to-date to prevent any issues
• Updating the monthly petty cash
• Maintaining reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
