Experience

- Provide technical assistance in the design, installation, and maintenance of these mechanical systems and equipment.
- Recruit and train personnel in the safe operation of equipment and tools.
- Establish and enforce safety regulations, work performance standards, rules and working conditions. Make sure work environment complies with company’s safety standard and conduct the Safety talks for the team
- Maintains stock of replacement and repair parts, material, and supplies; prepares requisitions for supplies, parts, and equipment.
- Work with Site Engineer on overall costing and budgeting for site HVAC projects.
- Contract and work order monitoring, completion reports
- Apply industry best practices in the HVAC industry for smooth and effective operations and maintenance
- Follow the escalation metrics and make sure all unresolved matters are reported to site engineer and discuss the same for way forward for resolution.
