Abhijeet Tiwari

I’m an MBA student in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at SIBM Pune with hands-on experience across product, operations, growth, and founder-level execution. I’ve worked in B2B, B2C, and SaaS sales (Microsoft process, BYJU’S) and later moved into product and startup roles.

I’m the co-founder of Calmunity, a mental wellbeing platform where I led product development, community building, and operations. We scaled the community to 7,000+ users, raised funding, and launched revenue-generating features—giving me real exposure to building, testing, and scaling products from zero to one.

I enjoy working close to founders, solving messy problems, creating structure, and turning ideas into execution. I’m curious by nature, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by learning through doing—especially in fast-paced startup environments.

I am an MBA candidate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at SIBM Pune (2024–2026) with hands-on experience across product, growth, sales, and founder operations in early-stage startups.

I worked for 18+ months (2021–2023) in B2B, B2C, and SaaS sales through Microsoft processes and BYJU’S, where I managed client interactions, sales pipelines, key metrics, and deal closures.

I then worked as a Product Management Intern at Singh & Chand (6 months, 2023–2024), contributing to market research, writing BRDs and PRDs, MVP development, and tracking success and growth metrics.

From 2023 to mid-2025, I was the co-founder & CEO of Calmunity, a mental well-being platform, where I led product management, operations, hiring, partnerships, and growth, and helped raise external funding.

Overall, I bring a strong builder’s mindset, founder-level ownership, and experience working closely with teams and leadership to take ideas from concept to execution.

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (2024–2026) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, where I focus on startup strategy, product development, go-to-market execution, and venture building.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech, 2021), which built my analytical thinking and problem-solving foundation.
