          Nium is a global leader in modern money movement. Its modular platform powers frictionless commerce, helping businesses pay and get paid across the globe with services for pay-outs, pay-ins, card issuance, and banking-as-a-service, open banking, etc.

·        Successfully launched worked and launched multiple features into BaaS/Card issuance Platform Such as – 

o    Auto account statement generation for multicurrency account users. 

o    Auto refund/Auto-Sweep

o    PSA guidelines implementation

o    Multi- currency wallet 

o    Cross- border payments 

o    Regulatory framework implementation. 

PAYTM - PRODUCT MANAGER

June 2020 - March 2022

          Paytm is India’s largest Fin-tech solution provider. Here I am working on multiple products like- HRMS, Loyalty, Wallet (International), Instant Gratification, Marketplaces(e-Commerce) etc.

·        Successfully launched Wallet, Marketplace, Super-App solutions into domestic and international market.

·        Designed & developed End- End solution for Wallet (international market) Such as :- 

o    Transfers – IMT, P2P, P2B, P2M, etc.   

o    ATM & CDM integration 

o    AML & regulatory bank integration 

o    Card management 

o    Merchant and utility partner onboarding

o    PG and IMT partner integrations 

o    Platforms – Android, iOS, Web

o    Dedicated applications for different types of user (Such as:- merchant mobile App, Customer App, Web App for LFR, etc.)

o    Back office panel for business owner with different roles and right to manage Customer/Merchant queries and issues for wallet solution 

o    Ticket management for customer complaints and their resolution. 

·        Developed complete wireframe for web and mobile application 

·        Creating design doc with backend flow and frontend user journey along with communication and money movement of financial solution. 

·        Collaborated with the development team along with design team to finalise product road-map and timelines 

·        Running A-B testing to make product market fit.

         1Tab is stepping ahead with a vision of deliver a marketplace solution that will serves all healthcare needs of consumer across the nation. (Marketplace(Web, iOS, Android), Delivery application,)

·        Successfully launched Web and Mobile application for Indian market.

·        Created development roadmap, functional design, UX/UI & screen wireframe

          FoodCloud is a marketplace for home Chefs and Caterers, enabling passionate chefs to become homepreneurs without making large capital investments.

·        Successfully designed and developed iOS App & Android applications for FoodCloud within stipulated timelines.

·        Identified required resources and selected appropriate project personnel along-with assigning individual responsibilities.

·        Successfully launched multiple products for cross border e-commerce through multiple sales channels after detailed analysis over the previous available data.

INDISPICE - CO-FOUNDER

Feb, 2016 – May, 2018

IndiSpice was vertically integrated, innovative & technology driven global premium food brand business that used to change thousands year old Spice & Herbs Industry through cross border E-commerce.

·        Defined strategy across all core business functions including product development, quality, sales and marketing along with investor relations.

·        Turned entrepreneurial vision into reality by building an innovative business, focused on the cross-border e-commerce of Indian spices & herbs by globalising the spice trends of Indian Market.

·        Collaborated with team in securing a investments in seed and angel rounds. Achieved considerable global recognition with IndiSpice being featured in "Newcrop-powdered by NASSCOM" start-up of the week.

BLUEFAIRY - CO-FOUNDER/

August, 2014 – Jan, 2016

          Bluefairy is involved in home automation, IoT, and mainly focused on plug and play devices. Founded the company with an idea and vision to innovate in Internet of Things (IoT) for home automation. Worked on various solutions and designed products and filed a patent for one of them.

• Designed innovative minimum viable IOT products through astute stewardship of R&D efforts through cross-functional internal and external teams.
