I am an experienced and qualified HR Director at ASTRA INTERNATIONAL, a leading HR consultancy firm that provides HR solutions to various clients across industries. I have an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Madras and a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Annamalai University.
My core competencies include strategic HR planning, Talent acquisition, client relationship management, team leadership, HR compliance and regulations, and HR policy development. I have successfully developed and implemented HR strategies that align with client's business objectives and support their growth and success. I have established strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges. I have managed and led the HR consultancy team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure their professional growth and successful project execution. I have stayed up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure clients' HR practices are compliant and mitigate any legal risks. I have assisted clients in developing and revising HR policies and procedures that are aligned with their organizational culture and values.
