With over a decade of experience spanning consulting, HR operations, and technical integration, I specialize in designing and implementing scalable, business-aligned HR technology solutions that empower organizations to drive digital transformation.

Currently working as an SAP SF Manager at PwC, I have successfully led multiple full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, driving process optimization and seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. My expertise includes business requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, RBP setup, business rules, time off, benefits configuration, offboarding design, and advanced reporting using ORD, Canvas, and Ad-hoc reports.

Over the years, I have worked across multiple domains — from requirement analysis to solution delivery, and from pre-sales demonstrations to post-go-live support — ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their SAP investments.
