Abhishek Gangwar

I am currently working in the Machine learning/Deep learning, Computer vision/NLL/Data Science domain and have 15+ years of total experience in the same areas. Education-wise, I have done Ph.D. (Feb 2022), M.S., and B.Tech. I have also published around 22 publications and filed 2 patents and 5 IPRs.

I have good experience in R&D and Software Development; designing and developing state-of-the-art solutions. I have good hands-on experience in the implementation of the entire lifecycle of ML projects (data collection/cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, training, testing, result validation, and deployment). As a developer, I have gained good hands-on experience with software development tools; source code revision control (GIT), unit testing, and Continuous Integration (Jenkins with plugins like sonar quality gate). 

I am very good at solving novel problems, for example, I alone developed a state-of-the-art Pornography, sexual activities, genitals, and Age estimation system to find Child Sex Abuse (CSA) Images, which is currently being used by Spanish police forces and Govt. of India. I have also worked on system development involving state-of-the-art object detection, segmentation and classification, Face Recognition System (with mask and without mask), iris recognition, automated food detection, Product Text Generation system for e-commerce sites, Video Surveillance and Summarization system based on people activities in recordings, Video analytics, text processing, and Fraud Detection. 

Apart from these, I have excellent organizational and analytical skills and have been involved in team leading, training, and mentoring team members.
