• Multilayer Press parameter (Worked up to 6 layers of Rigid Boards).
• Layer stack up preparations and pressing thickness analysis.
• Monitoring Prepreg life and their storage.
• Monitoring FAI for new products.
• Analysis of etch rate for PTH and Pattern line.
• Conducting training programs for operators about materials/tools and new requirements for audit and evaluating their performance by conducting assessments.
• Coordinates with Quality Team during the entire manufacturing process, to maintain the Quality process and resolve any non-conformance and quality issues.
• Regular process monitoring of production parameter as per work instruction to ensure that all process and product parameters are within control/spec limits.
• Manage a team of Quality Inspectors responsible for monitoring, controlling and improving internal processes in support of business objectives.
• The focus is on improvement through the use of rejection data analysis.
• Communicate with engineering team, planning, sales team regarding any and all specifications or issues which arise.
• Monitoring the Process of Job step by step as per preformatted Checklist/ WI.
• Maintaining 4M change management.
• Customer RFQ’s (Request for Quotes).
