• I graduated with a MCA (Master of Computer Applications) in 2019 from KLE Technological University, Hubli, Karnataka.
• Post my graduation, I started my career in recruitment.
• I joined TalentXO (previously known as CrewKarma) as a Talent Acquisition Executive, which is a HR Tech start up based out in Bengaluru. 
• And I served there for a year performing end - end recruitment. I got a chance to work with various organizations from diverse domains (e-commerce, fintech, edtech, Saas, B2B, B2C etc.)
• I joined Hubilo (current company) as an Executive - Talent Acquisition, which is an event tech platform. 
• It is a product start-up. Joined Hubilo in its early stage of expansion. 
• I am responsible for end - end recruitment for both Technical (All engineering departments) & Non-Technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Product).
