Spearheading the ART in PI Planning sessions, fostering an agile culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Mentoring Scrum Masters and teams to adopt Agile principles, values, and practices, driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity. • Coordinating delivery across multiple teams, optimizing responsiveness, quality, and productivity to maximize customer and business value. • Facilitating Agile framework activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Driving Agile best practices, promoting team cohesion, overcoming impediments, and ensuring high productivity. • Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards, aligning with customer needs and product specifications. • Scope and Timeline Management: Manage each sprint’s scope and timeline, adapting to changes while maintaining alignment with the overall product strategy. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
