I am currently working as Construction Manager with NBTC, Kuwait.

This role requires me to strategize, build roadmaps & vision, set goals and restructures the operations along with client relationship management, networking with influential stakeholders to build business relationships, spearhead the entire gamut of project work, master planning & scheduling for various activities as per client’s requirement / need, administer the progress of project activity within program, affecting project cost or schedule.

While my resume is attached for your perusal, a list of accomplishments indicative of my experience includes:

•          Played a vital role in leading the timely execution of main civil works integrated package 2 of Clean Fuel project for KNPC within budget; implemented cost control strategies such as measuring individual staff cost by effective resource utilisation as well as effective estimates for site infrastructure 

•          Showcased excellence in initiating Safety Campaigns like hot / cold weather, hand safety, black bag, PPT’s on safe work practices

•          Successfully instituted quality standards such as PPT’s on project quality requirements for earth works, concrete works.

My ability to monitor Actual Project Cost vs. (Control) Balanced Budget and implementing corrective actions; creating master budget and ensuring completion of assigned on time and within budget of material & resources; undertaking analysis of impact of changes overall project constraints (time, cost, quality) will be of interest to you. Experience

Execution of all Construction activities as per the plans and the milestones set by the company’s standards, preparation of BBS, Quantity finalization, Shop Drawings (Auto cad, MS Office etc...). Co-ordination with client, structural consultants for smooth operation of project, reviewing sub-contractor bills, site quality control and conducting progress review meetings in focus with man power management, production with respect to Scope of work, review on project cash flows, (plan verses actual). Conducting weekly trainings safety and quality work procedures for site engineers / supervisory staff.

I have been serving NBTC Company at Mina Abdulla Kuwait since September 2013 as Sr. Engineer and promoted as Construction manager at CFP MAB. Have lead more than 1000 manpower at peak along with heavy equipment utilization for major earth works, Road works, Concrete activities, Demolition works, Pipe line installation (Drainage, Potable water, Fire water lines, Sanitary, Cooling water supply, Desalination Etc..) both RC and FRP. 

Trained both site engineering and supervisory staff for following / maintaining safe work procedures and Project quality plan.

Leading progress review meeting corresponding to WBS, Procurement schedule etc..     

          Roles and Responsibilities

         1) Scheduling the project based on duration and resources.

         2) Organizing progress review meeting on daily and weekly basis.

         3) Closely monitoring the execution with respect to Construction Procedures, Inspection test 

             Plan, project Quality plan, Project specification, scope of work, Budget and Schedule    

             Recovery to baseline.

         4) Reviewing of Client and sub-contractors bills.

         5) Training site staff on safe work procedures on site and maintaining QA/QC requirements at 

             Site.

         6) Quantifying, getting approvals and procuring the construction material.

         7) Generating and reviewing construction method statements, Risk assessments, Job safety 

             Analysis and daily site inspections.

Education

B.E in Civil Engineering in the year 2001 - 2005, with 76.4% aggregate.
