Responsibilities

Achieving the daily PDP as per PA (Annual Plan).

❖

Follow the SMQDC (Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People)

❖

Conduct and perform the MDP (Managing Daily performance meeting) through SMQDC.

❖

Responsible for Quality panel reports.

❖

Raising maintenance requests and prioritizing them.

❖

Attending Quality spoke network meeting for monthly once,which helps to solve quality issues

and to improve quality performance.

❖

Monitoring scraps and reusable materials.

❖

Focusing on NCP (Non-Conform Products) so that it does not cross Max allowed limit.

❖

Conduct the Short Loop for process issues during production and develop corrective actions to

solve the operational issues.

❖

Recognizing safety hazards in shop floor and taking corrective action.

❖

Maintaining the BIB Standard in the shop floor.

❖

Focusing on RFT (Right in First Time) to minimize the level of defective products.

BTech Mechanical Engineering in Bharath University,Chennai
