In my current role with Citibank is to prepare Closing Disclosures, Notes and Deeds of Trust in Empower while ensuring strict adherence to TRID, RESPA, FHA, VA, USDA and HMDA regulations. I have a proven track record of verifying complex loan documentation, applying change-of-circumstance rules, and preventing tolerance issues through accurate fee disclosures. Beyond loan closing, I contribute to process excellence by designing workflows in IBM Blueworks Live, maintaining detailed SOPs, and delivering training sessions to new employees.

Previously, I supported mortgage operations for Morgan Stanley, Lennar Mortgage, and PennyMac, where I gained experience in both purchase and refinance loans. My work included reviewing payoff statements, coordinating with title companies, validating borrower documentation and generating performance dashboards using Excel and Tableau. These experiences have strengthened my analytical, compliance, and reporting skills, making me confident in supporting both operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
