Hi Team,

M Afroze khan and I've nearly 14 years of experience into MNC, BPO, customer service and IT support and sales. My last organisation was Genpact as an operation manager for Godaddy global technical support and sales. Looking for an opportunity to utilize my experience and skills which may add difference to the existing operations.

 

 

Experience

13 years of experience into technical, application, ISP, network support. Trained and tested Yellow and Green belt six sigma certified, worked on multiple process related improvement projects. Always been recognized and rewarde on what I've done to the organization. Been top 20 manager throughout 5 years of my carrer with Genpact. Managing and working closely with WFM, MIS, HIRING, learnin developmen and operations team to make sure the business runs smoothly and the SLA,TAT and KPis are never missed. Representing WBR, QBR, MBR and YBR to Stakeholders and Clients.

Bachelor's of commerce in 2016.
