• Review Resumes and coordinating with the candidates to access the candidate's qualifications. Communicating and providing all the detailed company information to the candidate.
• Conduct initial screening with candidates.
• Build and maintain relationship with the candidates throughout the Recruitment process and up to 6 months after Onboarded.
• Providing the feedback to the candidates
• Negotiating the salary with candidates and creating a positive candidate experience.

I have submitted a project on Anti-Ulcer activity of Bark of Albizia Odoratissima, where I extracted medicinal properties of the bark and compared it with Ranitidine, which I experimented on mice for 3 months.
