• For Grocery business: Preparation of Design throughput 
calculations, ABC classification of SKUs, Identifying 
correct Prime and reserve storage methodology for 
respective SKU class and Merchandise Layout
preparation in AutoCAD.
• For City Processing Centre (CPC) business: Material flow 
segregation as per the Fruits and Vegetables category
and as per the level of automation deployed.
