In my role as an HR Recruiter for the company, I had a diverse position where I used a wide range of skills to oversee the complete process of finding and bringing in new employees, thus making a substantial contribution to the organization's growth and success.

My responsibilities spanned the entire recruitment lifecycle, from global candidate outreach and rigorous applicant screening to crafting tailored job descriptions and conducting insightful interviews. I took pride in not only selecting the right talent but also ensuring their smooth transition into the organization through effective onboarding.

I assumed the vital role of introducing new hires to the company's culture and values.

I completed my Bachelors in Business Administration from Symbiosis Center for Management Studies, Noida. My specializations were HR and Marketing.
