As Plant Head/ GM Operations - 2 units (Responsible for 620 crores of business) 

JSL manufacturing sheet metal components and providing the complete suspension system for vehicles. Vital process incorporated as shearing, hot & cold punching, stamping drilling, grinding, Heat treatment, paint shop and assembly. Major achievements are: -

• New Plant installation and SOP (with legal and customer compliance) 
• EBITDA increased by 0.6% of old plant
• Reinforcing the TPM practices and initiated TQM practices
• BRSR accomplishment in SEBI portal

Varroc Polymers (Dec 2023 – Feb 2025) 

As GM Operations -- 2 units (Responsible for 360 crores of business)

Varroc manufacturing plastic parts for 4 wheelers, process incorporated as injection moulding, paint shop and assembly. Major achievements are: -

• New Plant installation for new business 
• COGS Cost optimization 
• FC reduced 

Studds Helmet (July 2018 – Nov 2023) 

As Plant Head (GM Operations) – (Responsible for 260 crores of revenues) 

Studds manufacturing helmets, luggage boxes, visors and gloves for 2 wheelers. Process incorporated as injection moulding, decal application, paint shop and assembly. Major achievements are: -

• End to end rejection reduced by 3.5% 
• Decal/graphic application improved thus rejection reduced by 6.5% 
• EBITDA increased by 1.3% 

UNO Minda (Oct 2015 – June 2018) 

As Plant Head Manufacturing - (Responsible for 120 crores revenues) 

Minda manufacturing head head lamp, tail lamps, blinkers and DRL for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers. Process incorporated as injection moulding, Metalizing, paint shop and assembly. Major achievements are: -

• Technology transformation from bulb lighting to LED lighting 
• 5 Assy lines set up with 3 nos CKD Honda in another units as business expansion 
• Cost re-engineering done, reduced variable cost by 3.2% 

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (Aug 2011 – Oct 2015) 

As Sr. Manager Production  

• CRE projects done with six sigma tools
• Became the JH champion and actively worked for ‘TPM Excellent Award’ by JIPM 
• Key member of committee for ‘Deming Award’ by JUSE

Escorts Limited (Apr 2006 – July 2011) 

As Assistant Manager (Paint Shop + Assembly Line) 

• In depth knowledge of Zink Phosphating, powder coating, hard chrome, Nickle Chrome
