• Fired Heater Coil flexibility check and report review, support selection, and design calculation
• Review and approve drawings prepared by the design team and vendors, including detailed shop drawings.
• Estimation of Pressure Part, Structure, Refractory, Insulation, and Fireproofing BOMs
• Engineering management with various disciplines like Process, Projects, Piping, Site, and Vendors.
• Piping Layout/ Duct Layout / Plot Plan development for heater area.
• Review and approved the Fired Heater, APH, FD & ID Fan, Soot blower, Damper, and Burner Datasheets.
• Review of PFDs P&IDs, MSDs, Datasheets for Completeness.
• Review of Information & Correspondence provided by Client, PMC, and Licensor.
• Develop technical specifications for equipment and package items.
• Participation in IDC Process, Discussion with Engineering Disciplines, Clients, PMC & Vendors.
• Coordination with Vendor, Client, license, and other disciplines for engineering activities. 
• Preparation and Review of Material Requisition/ Purchase Requisition which consists of scope of work & supply, drawings & documents required, applicable project specifications, codes & standards, quality, safety, and inspection requirements.
• Review & Preparation of TQs and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
• Identify the risks and opportunities for improvement when implementing a project, and capture
• Proposal engineering (i.e. estimation of the coil, piping items, refractory, plate, structural items, work volume instruction for site work estimation, etc.), Review and submission.
• Vendor kick-off meeting agenda & meeting notes.
• Review and approved the vendor documents (i.e. GAD, Calculations, Details Drawings, Datasheets,
• Fired heater package 3D model reviews and Modularization study.
• Support to Quality Team for Test at shop/site.
• Review of Inspection test plan and Test Reports.
• Engage with key stakeholders (Assembly team for assembly at the shop/site & mock-up test at the shop, erection team via remote/site visit,  project team, and project through the construction, commissioning phases.
