I have completed my graduation in 2018. I also have certifications in Customer service and computer applications.

Previously worked as a front desk executive at OYO rooms. Currently working as a Chat Sales associate at TTEC India since 2 year 10 months.  Since 1 year, I have been assigned to a role of Internal help desk, where I have to support a team alongside my team leader, thereby enhancing my leadership qualities and time management.
