I am K. Ajith Kumar, from Tamil Nadu, India. I recently completed my under graduate degree program in B.Tech (Biotechnology) at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University(TNAU),Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu,India. I have a knowledge on instrumental handling, practical section and laboratory knowledge on all sciences and basic Bioinformatics tools and technique .

  • Done a Internship on "Molecular Breeding Work Experience and Differential Response of Rice (Oryza sativa) Genotype to Sodicity Stress Using Hydroponics and In vitro Root System Architecture Studies" during three months at Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute (ADAC & RI), Trichy.
  • Done a Project on "DNA Barcoding of Plants : Cotton as Model System" during four
    months at CPMB & B, AC & RI, TNAU, Coimbatore.
  • Done a Experiment on "Genetic Transformation and Evaluation of Transgenic Plants for Stress Resistance" during four months at CPMB & B, AC & RI, TNAU, Coimbatore.
  • Presented and Submitted the Report on "Enhancement of Oil Quality By Down Regulating the DGAT1, PDAT1 and FAD2 Gene in Sesame by CRISPR/CAS9 Technique at CPMB & B, AC &RI, TNAU, Coimbatore.
