Akansha Jat Rana

name is Akansha , I am from Haridwar Roorkee Uttarakhand, currently I live in sarita vihar New delhi, INDIA. 

I done my MSc in Yoga Science from Patanjali University,

and have also worked as a main Yoga instructor at Sarva Yoga Studio in Banglour and Delhi (INDIA). Currently I worked in a freelance yoga teacher in ayush Mitra Namo gange New Delhi, India. 

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITY 

Design original flow sequences
* Guide students to modify poses to avoid injuries
* Problem area or to challenge themselves as needs
* Taught pranayama- breath control exercises
* Created a popular class called multi style yoga
* Incorporated props such as straps and blocks to cushion
joints and enhance poses.
