Experienced on managing the software lifecycle through various stages like purchase, deployment, maintenance, 
utilization, disposition.
Good understanding of Service Now for Request Management, Software Product Catalog, Dashboards, user reports etc.
Cleared Get Started SAM, Entitlement, Normalization modules and achieved Badge from the ServiceNow portal.
Good understanding of SNOW Tool for Software Reporting's, license records, repositories, and tracking of software and 
agreements in the network of organization. 
Good understanding of using SNOW backend servers like Application server for User Management, Inventory server to 
check Microsoft , Adobe , VMWare Connector, agents and also to run Data Update Job and snow services.
Understanding of Microsoft Licensing, EA products. Also, cleared Microsoft License Fundamentals module and other 
various test modules from Microsoft Get License Ready.
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure for License Assignation, deletion through Users or Groups.
Understanding of Adobe Licensing , Adobe Admin Console , ETLA products.
Understanding of JAMF for License assignation of MAC Applications.
Good understanding of License Management where we focus on providing Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, TechSmith, 
SketchUp etc. licenses to the customers in the network of organization.
Good understanding of dealing with multiple Software Requests, Software Approvals, Software Transfer Requests, 
General Requests etc.
Good understanding of License Harvesting (Reconciliation, Remediation, Reclamation)
Good understanding of creating Cost Negotiation, Cost Recovery Reports through comparison of software reports
