I am a certified Qigong and Taichi instructor and a meditation and mindfulness coach.

I was trained by Sensei Hinoki from Japan and after an intensive teacher trainer that lasted for 4 years , i acquired my degree in Taichi.

I have trained numerous students of all age groups and even mixed age groups

I am proficient in handling elderly and chronically sick clients for them to feel the relaxation and letting the body get into the healing state.

However if you are a fit person and want to take your mobility to the next level then i can help you achieve your goals through the taichi training

Apart from this i also provide healing energy massage based on acupuncture points and meridian channels for deep relaxation and tauma , stiffness release .

I am also a professional sound healer with over 1000 hours of sound healing and guided meditation session under my belt i can bring the client complete relaxation and altered state of consciousness making them “trip” with the sound frequencies to induce deep healing and balanced state of mind.

Experience

I have been on the path to teach and train Taichi and qigong with meditation for the past 4 years under the guidance of my master i have been able to teach in multiple cities and a few countries where i have conducted retreats for relaxation and healing and also have multiple students from around the world who have been able to heal serious illnesses through the practice.
