• Perform proactive and reactive network monitoring for critical devices and services using Remedy, Science Logic EM7, Splunk, Coral, Snow Monitoring Platform (SNOW), Cisco Monitoring Service Platform (CMSP), vManage and responded to alerts in SLA defined parameters.

• Working with Global clients of CISCO – SECU, Liberty Mutual, Baxter, H&M, Expedia, Suntrust, Timken, The Home Depot.

• Prepare various kinds of report includingDevice inventory, SLA Report, ticketanalysis, and utilization reports of variousWAN circuits.

• Coordinating with various service providersfor getting the regular updates.

• Troubleshooting according to the problemsreported by the customer (Mostly Tracing devices to see if there is any issue at network side).

• Prepare and update process related documents.

• Change task like Hardware upgrade orhardware change. IOS upgrade in switches,

routers and other changes related toconfiguration.

• Do Ticket Audits for peer resources.
