Key Projects:

• Workflow of FLSmidth Air Blast Cooler: Conducted detailed examination and test of FLSmidth Air Blast Cooler (ABC) inlet to model the pyro processing system that increased clinker production, avoided undesired kiln stops, and reduced waste by 40%.
• Design and Fabrication of Tesla Turbine: Created a physical model of an unconventional turbine using a series of smooth disks keyed to a shaft and a PIC microprocessor.
• Surveillance Robot in Chemical Hazard Place: Designed a physical model of a fully-automated robot using a PIC microcontroller that transmitted the ppm value to GSM module using RS232 level converter and delivered the accurate value of NH3 present in a hazardous environment via mobile text message.
• IOT based Green House Monitoring: Built an integrated IoT-based greenhouse model that sent regular updates to mobile phone via text messages. Programmed Arduino controller using mikro-C and uploaded values to a cloud server using in-built Wi-Fi module. Updated the model to support graphical user interface languages to control the sensor values remotely on PCs.
