Hi I am Akhil Sharma,I live in India.I am 5 feet 8 inch tall with 75 kg weight,I have two kids and wife.I am in NDT profession since last 32 years in this period I worked in most of the parts in India and out side India I have worked in Saudi Arabia for around four years and in Austria,China, Indonesia and Vietnam for short duration.

I am ASNT Level III qualified and also qualified in PAUT.

I love my work and enjoy it.

• Leading a team of NDT inspectors/technicians involved in various Hydro Power projects in India and abroad
• Re Interpretation of and evaluation of NDT results with respect to applicable codes standards and specification
• Training and Certification of Engineers
• Preparing NDT inspection test plan.
• Ensure adequate NDT coverage during all stages of
  maintenance.
• Assure proper training is afforded to NDT personnel
  and only qualified NDT Inspectors are assigned to
  perform inspections.
• Investigate, validate and develop root cause analysis
  based on corrective actions for all late finds, internal and
  external audit findings associated with NDT personnel
• Inspection of Castings, Forgings and Fabricated
