My Name is Akhil Pillai. I have completed my post-graduation MSC in Computer Science from Modern College of Engineering and Technology. Now Currently Working as Sr Analyst III Software Engineering in DXC Technologies for Client State Bank of India. I have 6 Yrs. of Experience in Finacle Core banking Solution.

Monitoring of system alerts and taking proactive remedial action with proper approval and laid down process.
Maintaining application syncing between all environments as desired.
Support during infrastructure (Servers, Storage, switches etc.) patching activities of i.e., bringing down all the ENV and then bringing up.
Enhanced Support during Annual closing exercise.
DB Restoration support/ related issues whenever required for all application and
all environments in-scope.
Monitoring all kinds of FASSURE application level related alerts.
Monitoring and checking the Connect 24 services in UAT as Well as production server. Tracing the failed transaction and give the branch user the solution for failed transaction.
Performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Service configuration as and when required like referral and genlimo_AUTOREV etc
Identifying the issue and routing it to concerned team like network, vendor/Server.
Changing security certificates within the application as and when required.
Co-coordinating with WAS and/or DB team to make changes at was level as per fin assure recommendations.
Debugging frequent errors due to FI and Connect 24 and providing a permanent solution wherever possible.
Monitoring application servers like APP and WAS, Middleware application server such as IBM WebSphere application
Health and performance monitoring of the infrastructure and reduce high space that effects the server.
Deploying the SL certificates as per bank request.
Troubleshooting of logs in Applications as well as WAS server, Providing logs on demand from different teams.
