As an Assistant Manager of Examinations at UPES, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills in managing and controlling all aspects of the examination process.

In my previous roles, I have gained extensive experience in managing exams and ensuring that they are conducted in a fair and efficient manner. My 12 years of experience in the education sector have given me a deep understanding of the examination process and the importance of maintaining high standards of integrity and fairness.

I started my career in the corporate sector at IBM India PVT. Ltd. Gurugram as a Mis Executive, where I learned valuable skills in data analysis and management. I then transitioned into the education sector, where I have worked at various universities, including TMU Moradabad and IFTM University MBD UP.

As an Assistant COE at TMU Moradabad, I gained experience in managing the examination process and ensuring that it was conducted smoothly. At IFTM University MBD UP, I oversaw the entire examination process and ensured that it was carried out in accordance with the university's guidelines.

In my current role at UPES, I have been responsible for managing the examination process from start to finish, including scheduling exams, managing exam centers, supervising examiners, and ensuring that all exam-related procedures are followed correctly.

I hold an MBA in HR from Arni University HP and completed my studies in Moradabad. I believe that my experience and education make me well-suited for the position of Exam Controller, and I am eager to bring my skills and knowledge to this new opportunity.
