Construction, Inspection and Pre-commissioning-: 

1. The role involves supervising and coordinating the entire process of Mechanical SMP system fabrication, installation, testing, and reinstatement, including support structures.
2. The job involves overseeing the installation, assembling, internal and external inspection, final closure, testing, drying, and preservation of equipment such as tanks, vessels, columns, and heat exchangers.
3. The position involves overseeing the mechanical package, including rotary equipment and skid, during the process of erection, installation, grouting, alignment, inspection, and preservation.
4. The role involves inspecting the test package and reinstating the piping, process, utility, and fire water systems.
5. The position involves working with the Project Management Team and the Static/Piping Maintenance Department to conduct walkdowns with the EPC for System Mechanical Clearance (SMC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) inspections of piping and static equipment, and identifying any technical issues or construction errors that require balance punch..
6. The job involves performing walkdowns, Request for Inspection (RFI) and Installation, Testing and Commissioning Works (ITW) inspections, pre and final box-up/final closure inspections of storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, fin fan coolers, filters, strainers, mixers, and other vendor packages, as well as pump and compressor lubrication skids..
7. The job requires conducting survey inspections to certify the calibration of PSVs, TSVs, PRVs, and other equipment according to P&ID and Process Data Sheet requirements.
8. The job involves conducting maintainability surveys of static equipment, such as heat exchangers, mixers, filters, storage vessels, and other similar equipment.
9. The position involves inspecting the piping and equipment flow circuits in accordance with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD). 
10. Testing Gross Air Leak Test and Nitrogen Leak Testing. 

The job involves verifying and certifying the Master Punch List (MPL).
