Experience

• Overall 16+ years of experience in IT includes Network Operations & support, Implementation and Management.
• Managing networks, co-ordination with vendors and different internal teams for resolution of the issues efficiently.
• Change management and risk assessment for RFC. Drafting change plan and implementing per requirement.
• Understand and deliver detailed customer requirements within deadline.
• Project management for various network services & equipment globally.
• Rich experience in customer service and ability to drive the issue till resolution with maintaining all the agreed SLA and quality parameters.
• Working in coordination with Project Managers and customer technical authority.
• Provide resolution to project or customer issues, following proper escalation procedures, in a timely fashion
• Excellent communication, building good relationship with customer for all the network opportunities.

Bachelor of Computer Application from (Pune University,2018)
 Diploma in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE, 2007)
