• Knowledge of Green building for Commercial & High-rise Buildings.
• Check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
• Bid evaluation.
• Review of vendor technical submittals and shop drawings in line with tender specification.
• Coordination with architects, clients, projects managers and vendors.
• Experience in Commercial project management.
• Expertise in using designing tools: Auto CAD, Dialux, Amtech.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fair leadership quality.
• Worked as Project lead coordinator for MEP services.
