In my current role as Deputy Manager - Legal & Marketing at SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, Chennai, I have been instrumental in driving key legal and marketing initiatives that have contributed to the growth and success of the organization. I have been responsible for a wide array of responsibilities including drafting complex financial and security documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficiently coordinating team members to ensure timely project completion. My dedication to accuracy and attention to detail have been key assets in this role, enabling me to provide high-quality legal support.
During my tenure at Shriram Properties Limited as Senior Manager - Legal, I demonstrated my ability to handle diverse legal matters including contract drafting, negotiation, project finance, and corporate structuring. I played a pivotal role in closing complex housing project finance transactions and drafting a variety of corporate agreements. Additionally, my proficiency in legal research and interpretation allowed me to provide valuable insights and opinions on matters related to RERA, Company Law, and other legal regulations.
