Alamanda Tharun Sai kumar

I completed an internship at Visakhapatnam Port Authority, working within the Human Resource Department from January 10 to February 24, 2023. During this period, I honed skills in decision-making, time management, and fostering a positive team culture. Prior to that, I interned at Novotel - Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, focusing on the Talent and Culture Department from September 20 to November 5, 2022. Here, I actively participated in the onboarding process, organized HR activities, and assessed employee performance for incentives. Additionally, I conducted a project on "Recruitment & Selection" at Novotel, gaining practical insights into HR practices in the hospitality industry. These experiences collectively enriched my understanding of HR functions and equipped me with valuable skills applicable to future professional roles.

I pursued a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Andhra University, completing the program from 2021 to 2023 with a CGPA of 6.73. Prior to my MBA, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Prism Degree College, achieving a CGPA of 7.22 during the period from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, I completed my Intermediate in MPC from Narayana Junior College in 2018 with a score of 59%. My academic journey began with 10th class at Narayana Techno School in 2016, where I obtained a CGPA of 6.7. These educational experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in both human resource management and computer science, enhancing my skills and knowledge for diverse professional opportunities.
