My name is Alan Cleetus, I am from India. Presently working in DHL Express as a classification agent since Feb 2017.
I have completed Bachelor's in Business management as well as a Master's in logistics management.
I have six years experience in sea import clearance, six years and counting in air freight forwarding and customs clearance support.
I am enthusiastic to learn new tools and applications along with the processes. I am proud to be part of the logistics industry as it plays an important role in globalization.

I would like to submit my Resume in application for the role of Freight Forwarder which you have advertised in (                ). Please find enclosed my up to date CV.
In my previous roles I have had experience of customs clearance, Bill of entry filing, forwarding the necessary shipping documents to Third party customs clearing agents, planning routes and travel on a smaller scale, however looking at the prior clearances and that as an organized person I am good at doing this research and finding thorough information of customs regulations and notification with knowledge.
I have had a lot of experience of liaising with different clients and suppliers and feel that my communication skills are second to none.
My Master’s degree at ICFAI University has given me a good insight into the world of transport and feels that this is the career path that I would like to follow.
I have excellent administration skills; have dealt with organizing contracts and ensuring they are returned for the correct time, preparing invoices and quotations and doing general admin including letters, sending out brochures and marketing material to promote our business and ensuring that the website is up to date for clients to look at and have regular updates.
