In my most recent position as a Senior Manager at Dream11, I've successfully executed projects like the 'Customer Escalations Matrix' and 'Complaints Management Desk'. My focus has always been on providing a bespoke customer experience, and it has helped me assist countless users via calls, chats, and emails.
