I have 3.5 years of professional experience, starting as a Quality Controller in the construction industry, where I worked for one year, ensuring quality standards and compliance in projects. I then transitioned to the BPO sector at Sutherland, where I have been for the past 2.5 years. I joined as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate due to my consistent high performance and contributions. During my time at Sutherland, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and dedication, earning recognition within the organization.

I hold a BTech in Civil Engineering from Viswajyothi College of Engineering, graduating with a CGPA of 8.08. My academic background has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I have applied effectively in both the construction and BPO industries.
