As a principal at D Y Patil High School, I have been leading a team of dedicated and talented educators for over six years, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. I have a strong background in education, with a bachelor's degree in education, a master's degree in English, and a teacher's training course from Mount Hermon College, Darjeeling. 

My core competencies include team leadership, curriculum development, student motivation, communication, and management. I have a genuine interest in respecting and empowering students, teachers, and parents, and a passion for helping students learn with a committed and up-to-date knowledge of educational and modern cognitive learning reforms.
