time ) without flaw.
Handling the various reports, trackers, and scheduled service activity reports by

manner.
Resolving or escalating issues as they arise and in line with Service Levels
Agreements.
Providing 1st tier front-line support by analyzing tickets based on the incidence ,
Event management and ID management
Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance,
reports and dashboards, workflows, validation rule and other routine tasks.
