Enterprise Customer Success Manager with a Saas organization leveraging conversational AI chatbots  for improving CX and driving revenue growth. 
Experience as a CSM driving e-commerce growth through Conversion Rate Optimization for US based SMBs. 
Experience working in a performance enhancing automotive electronics company. My  responsibilities included sales management, dealer and distributor management and overseeing the influencer and social media marketing team.
Prior to that, I worked as a Senior Research Assistant at a contract research Biotechnology company where my roles were that of research, client communication and operations management.
Tech stack - Worked with ecomm. platforms, email marketing tools, CRM, project management (Trello),Gainsight,Atlassian, CRO and A/B testing, Excel and PowerPoint. 
Complete ownership and accountability of entire customer lifecycle.

Note:Breaks in career due to health related concerns in past(now completely resolved)
