Currently I have been working with the Doosan power system Deputy Manager expediting Mechanical Engineer having 12 years of experience in Expediting, Project Management, Planning & execution in the area of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). ? Desk/Field Expediting of complete project material from the Pre-ordering stage to the material delivery at Site. ? Procurement progress reports, Forecasting the potential slippages & recovery plans, inter-departmental coordination, Inspections coordination, Supplier evaluation. ? Experience in Expediting of Materials, Sump Pump, insulation, ESP, APH, Steel structure, Piping etc. ? material management- managing with various vendor to ensure timely delivery. ? Ensuring timely Delivery of the material at the site. ? Co-ordination with all departments such as engineering, planning, Site execution, quality, commercial, Subcontracting. ? Sorting the technical queries during preparation of Drawings, Fabrication and Manufacturing ? BBU, Contract Document, Cost management, Scheduling ? Ensuring all quality inspection & inspection clearance by quality team at time ? Ensuring timely erection of the material at the site
