  • Generate project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the business process development and system development lifecycle. Negotiates changes to program/project baselines. Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet program/project goals. Conducts analysis and recommends resource allocation. Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
  • Provides project execution ensuring completion of program phases and coordination and analysis of program metrics, maintaining accountability for overall program health. Recommends program recovery and acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions. Develops and implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
  • Make sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope. Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog. Facilitating daily standups, other meetings as needed
  • Develop detailed technical understanding of all components to facilitate prioritization of requests from the Product Management organization and other key internal stakeholders as well as identify the connections and dependencies among other teams.
  • Support the production teams with monitoring schedule deviations, velocity and assisting in the development of corrective action plans at the program level

  • Partner with the internal Product Management organization to drive requirements and work with other teams to continuously interact with stakeholders to set expectations, review objectives and coordinate resources across the individual projects.
  • Manage, track, and regularly communicate on-time delivery of multi-phased priorities to different levels ranging from cross functional teams to Executives.
  • Work closely with the team of Product Managers, Business Functions and key stakeholders across the company to successfully drive the project through various phases of Planning, Execution, Production Readiness and Post Production program health and sustenance of Applications.
  • Responsible for managing successful delivery of releases into production on agreed schedules.
  • Hands-on with design review, Quality and Risk management and root cause analysis
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of the process, practices and templates associated with Milestone gates.
  • Maintain dashboards in Excel, Tableau, python, and other status reporting tools providing real-time visibility across projects.
