Responsibilities:

• Supporting UCaas (Voice and Video) model for the CLIENT: CSL Behring Ltd. Across the its presence acroos the Globe.
• Working as a Level 2 and 3 Infrastructure Change/Support Engineer responsible for supporting and engineering of Voice and Video infrastructure of CSL Behring Ltd. Across the global region.
• Responsible for supporting/troubleshooting issues for Cisco CUCM, CUC, CME, VCS, Expressway, Jabber.
  • Manage the daily operations of Voice issues and Video support.
  • Installation and decommission of Cisco Collaboration product according to Management decision through raising appropriate Change Request.

• As a L2 Engineer I am responsible for supporting/troubleshooting issues for Cisco VCS, Expressway, TMS,  Cisco MCU, Cisco CMS,CMM.
• Creating Dial plan/ Search Rules/ Zones and SIP Trunks in VCS/Expressway/CMS according to the business needs.
