• GNM Qualified 
• Ability to extract grafts and separate them.
• Preferably also in loading grafts in implanters.
• Full experience and exposure to FUE procedures.
• Maintain sanitization and safety protocols in the OT rooms.
• Assisting Doctor with hair transplant procedures on daily basis.
• Perform PRP and other hair loss treatments such as active regenerate.
• Prepare and maintenance of patient logs, charts, and photos.
• Assistance in all aspects of DHI medical procedure.
• Pre-surgery preparation of the Patient.
• Post surgery patient care, head wash, and guidance to the client.

2. Performance management – Drive KRA-based
performance management system as a culture. KRA’s of every employee to be clearly written,
tracked monthly, communicated to employees and built in appraisal systems.
3. HR processes and Employee engagement through reward and recognitions, Fun@Work
initiatives etc. Handle employee grievances including matters relating to compensation. 
4. Act as an internal consultant and change agent.
5. Consultative role in Compensation, Benefits, and Incentive Schemes 
5. Training - Professional Growth programs – For all levels of employees.

I manage and lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities and work towards building an employer brand presence in the Indian and Global markets. I also partner with Business managers toward Workforce planning, attracting active and passive candidates to fulfill the organization’s recruiting goals.
