I have enabled lean operations, automations, robotics and driven internal productivity measures through center of multiskilled initiative, cross training (90%), standardization, account-based documentation and reduced people dependency and NVAs.

• Spearheaded top 3 transitions and led 900+ rebadging transition for a technology company spread in 5 locations across the world and 250+ transition
• Handled teams across multiple locations with multiple cultures across globe including India, China, Romania, UK, USA, LATAM and Japan
• Ensured strong compliance in business and process audits brought the teams from 70% compliance rate to 95% as a key achievement

I have completed various professional degrees such as MBA in Operations Management, MA in Political Science, and M. Com from Chennai University, Diploma in Labour Law from Madras University, and BA in Corporate Secretaryship from Chennai University.
